Fantastic!

I had a great stay here during my time in Salem. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and felt very safe. Parking was always convenient, which made things much easier day to day. I also really appreciated being close to nature and nearby walking areas, which made it easy to unwind after work. Roger and Yvonne were incredibly gracious, attentive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. They were always responsive when needed while also being very respectful of privacy and personal space, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and peaceful home away from home.

Cozy quiet neighborhood

Loved my stay here. The apartment had everything I needed and some. Perfect place to stay. It even had a parking spot right by the front door. And a coffee shop in the neighborhood only a short walk form the apartment. Definitely recommend!!

Memorable and Pleasant

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful South Salem apartment. The space was bright, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and the walking trails were just steps from the unit. Along the path, there are fruit trees and berries. I loved visiting the greenhouse to pick up fresh produce and herbs. Most importantly, the hosts were welcoming and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. Thank you both. You made my stay pleasant and memorable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and well-maintained home away from home.

Perfect Stay

Yvonne and Rogers's carriage house is perfect for your Salem stay. They are a lovely couple who will respect your privacy and ensure you're comfortable with every aspect of the carriage house. Yvonne is an extraordinary communicator, and if you need anything, she responds quickly and offers a convenient solution. Every part of my experience, from signing the lease to having my walk-through and getting my deposit back was smooth and well communicated. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you'll need. The bedroom is the perfect size, and the washer and dryer are very efficient. I would stay again and wish Yvonne and Roger the very best.

perfect place to stay

The apartment is great. It includes everything as described. The place is close to salem hospital. It is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. The landlords are friendly and accommodating and willing to assist immediately if there is a problem. The building is new, well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything and more for those that like to cook. There is nothing that I would change about this property and would choose to stay here again if I come back to the area.

Cute & Comfy ADU

This ADU feels like your own little apartment detached & on a separate road than the main house. Its perfect for a travel nurse & is well equipped with everything you may need. The bed is super comfortable and the room is dark & comfy for night shift nurses sleeping during the day like myself. The neighborhood is very safe and the house has security cameras as well. I always felt safe and comfortable during my stay. It is also close by to everything- groceries, shopping, gym, downtown, hospital all within a 10 minute drive. Excellent communication from the landlords. They are so sweet, considerate, and understanding. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Salem!

Cozy and Comfortable

Exactly has described! Home away from home. Landlords are very sweet and accommodating. Checked on me during my stay. The bedding and mattress were so comfortable I believe they were my favorite part and I slept so well! The kitchen is top notch and she even had ice made for me when I arrived The shower is a good size and the hot water was fabulous. Parking is just steps away from your front door. The area offers so much, just wish I had time to discover it all. Theres fresh veggies and fruit available and sometimes fresh eggs! I felt safe and the people are friendly! Its minutes from the Salem hospital and about 25 min from the Silverton hospital. It was a great place to call for a while! Thanks guys!

Cute and cozy ADU

This ADU is the perfect place to stay if you are staying in Salem! The ADU is cutely decorated and very cozy. All of the appliances, furniture, and kitchen equipment are in great condition. R and Y are extremely accommodating and FANTASTIC with communication. They are willing to go above and beyond to make their tenants comfortable (they even brought me soup and tea when I was sick). The ADU is also very conveniently located to everything in Salem so you do not have to travel far for anything. This has been a wonderful home away from home and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic detached in-law apartment

This detached in-law apartment was a fantastic place to stay during my contract at Salem Health Hospital. It was less than a 10 minute drive to work, and an 18 minute bike ride. The kitchen has high-quality knives for preparing food and sturdy pots and pans, (which was a treat because I'v been travel nursing for 2 years now and most places I've stayed supply the cheapest equipment money can buy). Not having to go anywhere to do laundry was a huge bonus too. Communication was prompt and they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Salem.
