Josephine was an incredible landlord during our stay, truly one of the best we've had! She was so kind, responsive, and accommodating, always there within 10 minutes whenever we needed anything. My husband, our two cats, and I stayed for a little over 3 months while I was on a travel nursing assignment at Carilion Memorial Hospital, and she made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We're so grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely stay again!

My wife Tee and I would like to say we thoroughly enjoyed our very extended stay in Joseph's property at 314 Mountain Ave. SW.#1. The location is very convenient to all Roanoke has to offer especially for traveling nurses and Josephine is the ideal landlady. There weren't many issues, but whenever we needed her, she responded immediately. The photos on the website are a perfect depiction of the actual living space. Cute apartment
I stayed in this apartment for 3 months. The owner was so nice and willing to accommodating. I would recommend this apartment to any nurse traveling to Roanoke.
