Great place to stay

I had a great stay! The house was very nice, clean, and quiet. It was also conveniently close to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. The owner was helpful and friendly, and I had everything I needed during my time there. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Thomaston, CT property

I stayed here over summer 2024 while traveling in my nursing career. The home is beautiful, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of privacy, and a pond view. The landlady goes out of her way to ensure her tenant's comfort, providing all necessary furnishings, cooking supplies, a comfortable bedroom suite with walk-in closet, and private bath. The porch allows a relaxing view with every kind of bird imaginable, for this area, visiting the feeders outside. She has a puppy "Lincoln" who is everyone's new best friend. I found the landlady to be hospitable, courteous, trustworthy, and friendly, and if you are equally so, she is very accommodating in regard to your working schedule, and deposit refunds, when your stay is over. I am leaving to head home, with, not just a new business relationship, but a friend, and I would gladly stay here again, if in this area.

On Golden Pond

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful farmhouse with a gorgeous pond in front of the house. My assignment lasted 9 months and I so enjoyed staying here and the company. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing watching the geese after a few nights of 12 hour shifts. S, the home owner was very accommodating with my work schedule and made sure I was comfortable. Her house is very clean and in a safe little town. My room was big with a huge walk in closet and large private bathroom. If I ever have an assignment near her again, I most definitely will be hitting her up to stay again, if she will have me. I most definitely would recommend to anyone to stay here on this beautiful property. You will not regret it !!! Thanks S, for allowing me to stay in your beautiful house.

Nicest place in the area

The house is beautiful, updated and clean! The grounds are lovely with several hundred feet of unobstructed access to a pond. The available room(s) for rent are freshly painted and spotless. Beds are comfortable with enough dresser and closet space. Super clean bathroom. The owner likes everything just right and it shows! Would definitely return. Must be the nicest place around.
