Our stay Feb 2024 to April 2024 was a very comfortable one. Very Clean and nice home. Check in was easy and owners were available just a test or call away. The home is well stocked for cooking and grilling. Would stay here again. John Beasley State Park is a short drive away. Great Beach for the family.

Married couple rented 1 year for work at Hurlburt Field. Back roads to Publix grocery store, medical facilities & popular tavern, Lou's. Nearby traffic signals to both major thoroughfares. 12-17 minutes to Hurlburt, Okaloosa Island, airport, Eglin; 20-25 minutes to Navarre, Niceville. Picturesque street; neighbors pleasant; some traffic. Comfortable king beds (never used twin bunks). Small master bath has good drawer storage under vanity (rarely used upstairs bath). Additional 1/2 bath downstairs = additional storage. Good size closets in all bedrooms. Smaller kitchen counter/cooking area, but plenty of pantry storage between kitchen drawers & laundry cupboards. Small dining area. Dish-silver-glassware, basic pots, utensils & appliances provided. Comfortable couch in living room. Parking for 2 vehicles. Wifi & lawn service included. Owners pleasant & easy to contact; quickly resolved the 1 issue. Coordinated with us on utilities-elec, water/trash/swr. Would rent from again.
