Beautiful Modern Ocean Beach Condo Rental

Great location + Everything you need!

We had an amazing experience staying at Greg and Alexas condo! The location was perfectclose to everything we needed while still being in a quiet, secure complex. The unit itself was beautifully furnished with stylish decor and all the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the new appliances/in-unit washer and dryer were a huge plus. The garage parking spot was great a nice touch to have a secure space for the car and not having to find street parking. The second room, which we used as an office, was set up perfectly for our WFH needs, providing a comfortable space to get work done. Greg and Alexa were fantastic hostssuper communicative and always quick to respond whenever we had any questions or needs. They really made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It was the perfect home base for our time in San Diego, and it made our stay so much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect apartment!

My husband and I were relocating to San Diego and needed a place to stay while we looked for a long-term home. We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment for three months, hosted by the wonderful Greg & Alexa! The entire apartment was move-in ready; we arrived with our suitcases and immediately felt at home with everything we needed. The second bedroom was set up as an office which suited us perfectly. The kitchen had modern appliances and every tool youd need, so cooking was a dream. We had access to a parking space (accessible via the elevator) which was secure and extremely convenient. The location of the apartment building was only a few minutes drive from the beach and walking distance to shops, post office, supermarkets etc. We were treated to fireworks every night from Sea World! Beautiful display but not so loud as to be bothersome. Greg & Alexa were very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. We cant recommend them or their apartment enough! :)

Highly Recommend! Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Im all regards G and As condo was a fantastic place to stay for an extended period of time. The condo quickly feels like home! It is very well decorated and furnished to be very comfortable to live it. Other than bringing a suitcase of clothing, the unit had everything I needed for day to day living. The kitchen had a complete set of very nice cookware. The appliances were really nice. The in unit washer and drier were nice and very convenient. The bathroom (and really the whole place) is recently redone and of a high quality. The location is highly convenient to the beach, parks, bars and restaurants, grocery stores, target, and really anything you wanted - almost all within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly too. Driving was super convenient with quick access to the highway. G and A were so friendly and easy to communicate with prior to and throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this condo enough!

Peaceful Oasis

I definitely lucked out when I stayed in G and A condo last summer. It felt like my own private oasis while I worked 60+ hours a week during my travel nurse assignment in San Diego. I was able to unwind at the rooftop balcony and sleep in probably one of the most comfortable beds. Condo was complete with all necessities, such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, pots/pans, etc. Walkable area- Starbucks, 7-11, and salons are in a close proximity. Dog beach is within a 5 min drive and a dog park is within a 7-10 min walk. I was given garage access, which I utilized most times; however, street parking was easy to come by as well. No issues arose during my stay, but I often communicated with Greg and Alexa on my SD adventures. I was also provided with restaurant recommendations that were very helpful. If I take another travel assignment in San Diego, I would definitely stay here again. Bonus: You can see fireworks from the condos balcony at night from Sea World during the summer.
