DO NOT STAY HERE

The place looks nothing like the pictures, management is terrible and they will withhold your money for no reason. When we moved in the places looked like it hadn't been cleaned so they said they would re clean it only for it to look the exact same. They were hard to reach when we had issues and didn't answer phone calls. I moved out 2 months ago and they are still withholding our security deposit despite saying they would send it back. I have been going back and forth with them for all of this time and they have refused to answer any phone calls and barely answer emails and have now ghosted me all together. They also will overcharge for utilities. Stay far far away!

Conveniently located spacious property

I stayed at this property for a few months while on contract at a nearby hospital. I found it to be very cozy and spacious. The property management was flexible and friendly, and always responded promptly to me. I loved the kitchen with the gas stove and large sink. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable. my dog was welcome as a visitor and I had my own private backyard, which was really nice also. This property is walking distance to Swedish Cherry hill, and first hill and located right by a bus stop.

Very Pleased

I loved my stay at this FF. I am a travel RN that worked a contract at SMC FH. The location was perfect if you work at any of the hospitals in the area. It includes a parking spot which is a perk. My job was a 5 min drive or 15-20 minute walk. I had my doggo with me, so the backyard was very convenient. My dog enjoyed the dog park directly adjacent to this property as well. The property manager S was always a text away and very helpful. It was conveniently located by a cafe and a donut shop which my partner frequented too. Overall, best contract yet, and this FF was an aspect of that experience!
