Amazing stay

Proberly one of the best places I've stayed in redding. Pros -Aura is extremely gracious and kind as a host. - VERY close to the hospitals - In the middle of downtown with everything being less than 10mins away. -Very affordable -There's a fresh and tasty orange tree in the back that we as guests are welcomed to. - Fully stocked house and appliances Cons - Train comes by at night. But manageable if you have headphones. I give my experience and stay a 10/10. Loved every moment of it!

Wonderful Stay and Wonderful Host!

I was very nervous at first because I had only ever lived with family before. I came to Redding for a clinical rotation at a nearby facility and I needed to find somewhere to live for the entire summer. As listing looked very inviting and she was very kind when we zoomed for an initial meeting to make sure we were the right fit. Her home is even better than it appears in the pictures (and the pictures are great to begin with). Everything I could need was there and I only needed to bring my own personal items. A was very kind and social but gave me space when I needed it (writing a thesis wears you out). Her kitchen was great to cook in, the bathroom was functional and clean, the bedroom was comfy, and the pool was great to relax in on a hot summer day. A was a great host and I would 100% recommend her to anyone that needs a place to stay in Redding!

The owner I found to be very easy to get along with. Very accommodating and I had access to every thing the I need for my stay.I would recommend this house for a very comfortable stay in Redding.
