Cozy and Private!
We stayed here for about 7 months and we loved our stay! It's in a quiet location, but close to the highway so it's easy to get anywhere in KC. The owner is very kind, helpful, and respectful of privacy. Also quick to meet reasonable requests if you don't have something you need in the home. Overall great experience here, highly recommend!

Run Dont Walk!
Lets start with Frankie. Very great, down to earth and thorough landlord. Ive been traveling for 8 years and he is definitely top 5 amazing landlords I have dealt with. Very quick for any concerns you may have which were very limited. He accommodated everyone who stayed at the house of the duration I worked in Independence. The house is literally the center point to independence and heading to the city. In a more secluded it very safe area. The house is very cozy and spacious. There is more than enough to spread out and not be overcrowded. Washer and dryer are a plus in house. The fire pit was a perfect relaxing ground during the fall nights. Overall the experience was absolutely amazing. The stadium is literally a 5 minute drive away. If your working at hospital in independence your very close as well as within distance of other hospitals via expressways as there are 3 different expressways nearby. This is literally the perfect location.
