Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful two-month-long stay at this place! The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was convenient for accessing Interstate 66 and was close to many restaurants. Kersley is an exceptional host. He was friendly and responsive, and he made check-in/check-out super smooth. We especially appreciated the small touches that made the space feel welcoming and homey. Overall, a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to live!

Me and my friend lived here for about 6 months. The place is clean, spacious, and safe. The landlord, Kersley, is responsive and took care of any small issues that popped up in a timely manner. Parking right outside of the apartment was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience-would stay again

K was great to work with and very professional. He had an easy rental system setup for tenants. He also made the move-out and deposit return process very convenient for us. We had a few things break during our stay, but it felt like it didn't even happen because he was so quick to respond and take care of any needs in the interim. Highly recommend him as a landlord. The townhome is a little older, but it is furnished very well and felt like a cozy home while we were there. We would stay again if we needed to go back to the area. Reserved parking is easy and directly in front of the unit. We have a huge duallie truck and had no issues fitting in the spots. The location is central to anything you need and directly beside I-66.

Good

Its a large townhome with everything you would need. Convieniently next to the highway. Takes about 45 minutes in traffic back and forth to DC. I felt at home here during my stay.

Awesome stay

I stayed at K'S property for 4 months while on a nursing contract. Great property, convenient to everything!! K was always checking in to see if we needed anything. I would stay again if I came back to the area.

Large 3 Level Townhome

Very responsive owner, plenty of space, convenient location! Older townhomes but solidly built.
