Great house and neighborhood!

Such a cute and comfy house, great yard space for my pups, and located in a friendly and safe neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay here for a travel contract and plan to come back to ABQ and would love to rent this house again!

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood

We are so grateful we found this rental! A very cute, comfortable home with everything we needed from a furnished rental. Summit Park is a lovely neighborhood - friendly neighbors, great for walks, a playground/park nearby, etc. Jake & Savannah were accommodating and responsive whenever needs arose and always made us feel at home.

Quiet safe house very close to UNM

If youre looking for a furnished rental house in ABQ, this is the one. This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to UNM Hospital. If youre traveling with children, there is a community park with playground nearby.

Great Stay/Safe!

This was a great spot, FELT SUPER SAFE, conveniently located in Knob Hill which is close to everything. The house has everything you could need when staying away from home. The yard was great for our dogs. Plus, the landlords couldnt have been nicer! Thank you guys for the great stay, and making us feel at home while staying at your place. Cheers!

The perfect home for your assignment.

I cant say enough good things about this awesome home, the wonderful neighborhood its situated in or the two new pals in ABQ youll have after renting from J and S. If you ever need anything in the home (doubt it!) they will be immediately attentive. Home comes with security cameras all the way around that you have access to on your phone while youre away, but you wont have any concerns that youre safe anyway because your neighbors are all some of the most friendly and warm people around.
