I rented a room from Katrina based on a virtual tour of what I thought I was going to be getting. The room that is on the pictured is not what you’re gonna be getting. The room that I got was nasty had patches ALL over the wall and was not tidy at all. I thought I was moving into a clean nicely kept home. Quite the contrary.. The room was nasty. It was not cleaned. She’s not clean, so please make sure that you are looking at the room prior to giving her any money. I don’t know where these reviews are coming from but personally, I moved from Atlanta and thought I was getting a nice place to stay, Lord and behold it was not what I expected. So the pictures that you’re seeing is not the room you’re gonna be getting at all. Please make sure she shows you the room prior to giving her any money. I moved out after one week and she would not refund me any of my money. No integrity.

A great stay

Katrina was an incredible host, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Her home is quiet and cozy, and I created wonderful memories during my time there. I even became Jadores favorite person, which was a fun bonus! I highly recommend this place as it truly felt like my home away from home.

I really enjoyed staying at Katrinas place. She was so accommodating and everything was so clean and nice. Quiet place and I enjoyed it. Ample parking and nice area. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at K's home! The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with convenient access to both Washington DC and the highway. K was an exceptional host, ensuring that everything was perfect for my extended stay. The space was impeccably clean, making me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. We highly recommend K's home to any traveling professional looking for a fantastic experience near the nation's capital.

A Home Away from Home

My stay here was truly enjoyable, making me feel completely at home. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and the neighborhood, undeniably safe. Originally, my assignment was set for three months, but I extended it for an additional three, cherishing the opportunity to prolong my stay even further. If I ever return to the area, I will definitely check if the unit is available for another stay.

Best stay ever

By far the best property Ive ever stayed at! k is so nice and humble and Mr. j puts the icing on the cake! I felt welcomed from day one from k and j . The neighborhood itself is very quiet and I felt very safe in, not only that the parking is free and convenient. k made her home a very comfortable place to stay for the two months that I was there, I literally had access to the entire home. If there were any questions that I had she did not hold back from giving me the guidance that I needed for the DMV area. Everything you need is close by from gas stations, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. This was literally a home away from home type of feel. I am grateful and thankful that k and j opened their home and showered me with nothing but love. Lets just say a girl from the south really appreciated the Southern hospitality that I got during my stay. I dont want to leave but I will definitely be back soon! THANK YOU K for EVERYTHING!!

Great Stay! Highly Recommend

Very comfy, clean, and quiet modern home. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. She was very attentive to any questions I had and responds quickly during booking and throughout the stay. Parking was convenient and everything you needed to feel like home was very much accessible. Would definitely recommend. I would go back anytime Im in the area.

Awesome Host

The hostess and her fur baby Jadore were awesome to stay with. I felt like a family member instead of a guest. She was so used to doing all the cleaning that I just had to clean what I messed up (dishes and the room I was using). I couldnt of asked for a better person for the time I was there. Thank you.
