I had the best experience staying at the cottage! The neighborhood felt very cozy, safe, and quiet. Landlords are so kind and make the stay so easy and comfortable. Highly, highly recommend!!

Sweet cottage!!!

This sweet cottage is so cozy and roomy. The owners Matt and Christy are amazing. If there were any issues they immediately took care of it. I always felt safe as a single woman. It is close to everything. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful Nashville home! :)

I found this place because Im moving to the city and needed to stay for five months. Its fantastic and I really loved the neighborhood and property, its very safe welcoming and has a fantastic furnished kitchen living room and bedroom, theres not many places that have all the amenities and services this one does! Here in Madison you are located in a safe neighborhood thats also very close to Nashville, just a short 10-15 minute drive away from downtown. Its affordable and a great option because of the people who are also available at any time to solve a problem if youre having one, although there was never a problem because of their preparedness before getting there. High recommend!!

Simply Perfect!

C & M'S cottage was the perfect landing pad for me whilst moving from abroad to Nashville! I would encourage anyone looking for a friendly short to longterm stay to get in touch with C, particularly if you are looking to relocate to the Nashville area. The cottage is located in a safe, quiet and convenient neighborhood, and has everything you need to feel right at home. I loved how self-sufficient the property was. Included inside the cottage was your own laundry, TV, kitchenware, comfy bed, couch, plenty of blankets and towels etc. I stayed during the winter, it was perfectly cozy and C and M really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and accommodated. They and this cottage will forever be a special part of my journey to Nashville.
