convenient and quiet

I was here for 5 months and have no complaints. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. the laundry is convenient and has a large load size. The people I met here were friendly and accommodating. Stephanie is a great landlord. The location is great as well with shopping', restaurants and easy freeway access.

Not as advertised

I agreed to rent this unit under the impression that I'd be sharing the bathroom with 1 other tenant (We have a text message exchange to verify this). I arrived at the property today at approx 4pm PDT. I begin to move my items in and look over the property. I noticed only one restroom, so I reached out to the host to confirm the current tenant count - she confirmed 3 other tenants, 4 with myself included and confirmed we'd all be sharing 1 bathroom. I explained that this was not the arrangement I agreed to and would need to find other housing options. The host explained that she was at work and would reach out later. It has been 4 hours since she told me she'd be off from work and I have not gotten any response. Am out of 1300 which was my security deposit and the first month rent and shes refusing to contact me. Nurses pls dont rent from this lady. Thank you,
