Friendly, Respectful, Accommodating

Jonathan was so helpful and the apartment met my needs really well. I was moving from a difficult situation and immediately felt at home and supported. The condo is well located, comfortable, quiet, and spacious enough for working from home, doing yoga, having friends over, or spreading out for a creative projects. The condo was clean and had clearly been tended to by his professional cleaning crew. The bed is comfortable and I slept really well. It was a relief to be welcomed to a place that was safe, clean, comfortable, and where I could deeply rest. Jonathan communicated with me in a timely way whenever I had a question arise, whether it was about the condo or about Portland. I truly enjoyed connecting with him.

Accommodating, Clean & Comfortable

I reached out to Jonathan just a few days prior to my visit. I was very impressed to have found such a great location, with a remarkably swift turnaround time. The condo surpassed my expectations and made for a very comfortable stay. Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure that the home was flipped, cleaned, and perfectly equipped with everything me and my pup needed. The leasing process was organized and he was quick to reply, he met me with the keys and welcome gift at the condo upon my late night arrival. Enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend his condo.

Beware

When we moved in, the entire living room/apt smelled like cat pee. I had to message multiple times before carpet cleaners were sent again, which helped but the place still smells like cat pee on wet days. We also found dried cat vomit next to the TV stand upon arrival. After moving out, JB completely ghosted us and has not returned our security deposit, despite multiple attempts and warnings that wed pursue legal action. He also charged a $250 refundable cleaning feeeven though we left the place far cleaner than we received it. Communication was consistently poor. The back sliding door was broken and wouldnt latch; people were sent to look at it, but it was never fixed, leaving a safety concern the entire stay. My wife works from home and had to miss nearly a full day of work because the internet was shut off due to him not paying the bill on time, and it took hours to reach him.I would not recommend this place. He is disorganized and not a responsible landlord.
