Wouldn't Stay Again

stayed in one of the upper units for just over a month, booked for 6 but had to leave early Pets welcome so the hallway and staircase always reeked of wet animals and feces. The other tenants, while I was there, did not clean up after their pets walking across the yard to take out trash was like walking across a minefield. landlord did nothing about this. You're responsible for your own trash, 2 of the units never took out their trash bins. trash piled up significantly and the landlord did nothing about it. only 1 washer and dryer shared between units. all units were occupied so the laundry machines were constantly dirty from other units pets' fur. no proper insulation/soundproofing between floors of building. could hear tv/voices/full conversations/fighting of people in apartment below me. building is located behind a strip mall and behind Stoughton Rd/Hwy 51. It is a very noisy location. had to end my lease and move out early the landlord did not give back my security deposit

Cozy 2BDR

The apartment was exactly as described. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking during a 3 month stay. Joshua was on top of any type of maintenance that needed to be done and was very prompt with communication. He made sure we stayed warm during the fall to winter transition. Definitely recommend when staying in the Madison area.

Perfect stay for our needs

The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. All of the neighbors were pleasant. We'd definitely stay here again when we're in Madison.

Great place!

Great place to stay in Madison! The apartment is well stocked and if it is missing something the owners were very open to suggestions. Communication with them was great throughout the stay! The yard was perfect for me and my pups to use!

J is great at communication. Although I wasnt able to stay at his property long term because of timing he was so kind in giving me tips and advice about other properties in the area, something he definitely didnt have to do but it was greatly appreciate. Hes always extremely prompt in answering any questions or messages which goes a long way when housing is competitive in the area! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful

The owners are excellent with what the property provides and even the smallest detail to make sure that your stay is the best. I really couldn't ask for anything more! One of the best short term rentals I've ever experienced! The grounds are well taken care of and they are very attentive with any requests or issues that might arise. Very prompt. Great place

J and G are wonderful people to rent from. They were always attentive and quick to respond if there was an issue. Parking can be challenging at times, but other than that everything was great.

Perfect

J does an amazing job with this property. Our unit was practically brand new, clean and super comfortable. He takes care of any issue big or small quickly and effectively. You can't beat the value especially when it comes to allowing pets. Harwood floors make it easy to clean, and the location is perfect. I will try and stay here every time I come back to Madison for work.
