Safe, Cozy and Newly built Studio/Guest House

Amazing stay!

Had the best stay with E and his family! They invited me into there home on various occasions and it was nice knowing they were close by if I ever needed anything. They helped me move heavy suitcases when I was moving out and even offered to help me get to work when I was having car trouble! The casita is very spacious and had everything I needed during my 3 month stay. Felt very comfortable and safe here as a solo female traveler.

Great hosts and location

I lived here during my entire assignment at TMC. It's perfect for one person, or possibly a couple. You'll have your own space without feeling isolated. Any needs I had were rare and quickly addressed. I was there long enough to experience the summer and winter. The heating/cooling system kept it comfy year round. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet-great for early morning or late evening walks. I'm a solo female traveler and I always felt safe. Erik and the entire family are the blueprint for hosting. I appreciate the times I was able to join them on bike rides and different gatherings. You'll always feel welcome, but never pestered. That's a skill that not many people have, but they've mastered it. I definitely look forward to staying again one day.

Private, very clean and great hosts!

I had tried to review this property at one point soon after I stayed but the site kept on freezing on me!! Even though quite some time has passed since I last stayed in this property, I am compelled to go back and let everyone know what a pleasant time I had with the hosts and their 2 boys! They were the best hosts by far I have encountered ! Besides the unit being so private and secure, it was clean and very well appointed ! The washer and dryer was a good perk and I was also able to park my suv in a good and safe spot. The property was also in a great location close to the University Hospital where I worked. The hosts also included me during their family dinners ( they were very good cooks) and invited me to a few events going on in the community:) I am headed to Houston then to Colorado in the next few months and I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can find a host as good as my hosts in this property!! ( purposely didnt mention names for privacy). - M

Peaceful and Cozy!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this studio. It's charming, cozy, and comes furnished with everything you could need - including kitchen items! I was able to get a ton of work done in peace, E & S are wonderful hosts, and the location is in good proximity to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, etc. I would stay forever if I could! I very highly recommend this property, and I will miss spending my time here. Property is fully furnished, has a washer and dryer, wifi, shower AND bath tub, TV with roku, a large Island great for getting work done, and a good amount of storage space. Thank you E &S for such a lovely temporary living space!

Safe and Comfortable for an Extended Stay

I was able to stay at the studio for 12 weeks while on contract at a local hospital. Everything I needed, was provided in the stand-alone studio. I appreciated the privacy and safety of the location. E and his family were nothing short of hospitable and kind. If I return to the area, I would stay at the studio in a heartbeat.

Great little studio!

Rented this space for 3 months while working at Tucson Medical Center. It is a great location within 10 minutes drive from the hospital which was perfect for M-F 8-5 commute. Studio design is new & modern. Perfect for 1 traveler. Owners are very nice & responsive to requests. Their children are super adorable. Thank you E & S for being wonderful hosts the last 3 months. I will definitely miss staying on your property!

Fantastic Stay

I spent a wonderful time at this studio apartment during my visit to the University of Arizona. You will have convenient access to 3rd Street-University Bicycle Boulevard for commutes to the University district, which is close to Banner University Medical Center. The apartment is elegantly equipped / furnished and provided everything I needed. The hosts are highly forthcoming and were always quick to respond. Thank you for everything!
