Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed in the basement apartment. Everything was great! The apartment was super clean. We really appreciated the full kitchen and laundry. The separately controlled air conditioner and heater were really nice too :) The neighborhood was excellent and very walkable, with well cared for homes. Marjorie was also super helpful with all our needs. We highly recommend staying there!

My stay here was fantastic! Marjorie is so organized and you can just tell she takes pride in being a host. The shared kitchen is clearly labeled and equally divided. I never had any trouble finding street parking and the area is quiet with easy access to major roads. Marjorie really goes above and beyond, even letting others in the house know when I would be working a night shift so it was quiet during the day!

Review

The room is exactly the same as shown in pictures. The owner is a lovely woman. The place is top notch clean and is very secure. You have your own privacy. There's no disturbance and everyone has their own space. The best part is the landlord Marjorie. She made me feel like home and safe. She's an amazing person inside out. I would recommend this place to everyone. I had a wonderful experience.

Warm and Welcoming!

Absolutely my best stay so far on Furnished Finder!! I stayed 3mo. and would have stayed longer had my situation permitted. M is a wonderful caring host. Always ready to accommodate. The home is Warm, clean and inviting. The west room more than met my needs!! Parking was never a problem. The home was in a perfect location to my hospital in East Meadow. I could go on and on...thank you M for making me feel right at home

I really enjoyed my stay here. The host is a very nice and welcoming person. House is very clean, well organized and quiet. It is in a very nice neighborhood. Bed is very comfortable and the room was beautiful. It is exactly like the pictures. I'll recommend this place to any traveler.

Super clean place and well organized.

I don't usually leave review, but this time I can't help it. I'm a travel nurse, so I travel around the country. As a travel nurse , you always want to find a clean N' quiet place to rest your tired feet after work. I fell in love with this place the first time I saw it and I moved in the same day. I can tell you that this place is the cleanest and most organized that I've ever seen in NY. The owner is a very nice and well educated woman, everything in the house is labeled, so you can't get lost. "I already told her that I'm coming back.

Home away from home!

1st- owner is a sweetheart! She lives on the property, provides lots of privacy though. Communicates well. Separate entrances for entry to home. Home is beautifully maintained. Property is as seen in the picture. Clean, super organized, which I love. generous On street parking- parking is always available- day/night. Quiet, safe, tree lined neighborhood. Everything you need is available; its like staying at a hotel. Lots of nearby restaurants. This is my first rental as a traveler and Ive had a great experience.

No brainer. Absolutely recommend!

I stayed in the East room for the month of May and my experience was nothing short of perfection. The area is nice, quiet and safe, I never had trouble sleeping in the day as I work at night. Parking is always available which is an absolute plus for me. The house is beautiful, clean, and always smelling fresh. You have everything you could ever need and everything is separated and labeled from the other rooms. More importantly the owner is such a wonderful woman. She is an excellent host and pays attention to the smallest details to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Its easy to tell that she cares about her tenants. She is always easy to reach, just a text away and always replies promptly. Ive added Ls place in my favorites and would 1000% stay here again, I recommend you do too! Thank you so much M!

Absolutely wonderful listing and owner

Simply put, this is an absolute gem of a listing. The property and surrounding neighborhood are quiet, clean, comfortable, accessible, and overall just wonderful. All photos and amenities listed are accurate - the home has everything you could possibly need, including a full kitchen, appliances, TVs, essentials and more. It was my main source of peace and relaxation throughout an otherwise tiring summer of working, and I cannot recommend this property enough. But, more importantly, the owner alone should make this listing worth putting on your radar. M is one of the kindest people I have ever met - she is caring, understanding, warm, and overall a wonderful person! My stay at this listing (and my time in New York overall) would not have been nearly as rewarding without her company. Don't miss out on this listing - it was everything I expected and more!
