This place is great and had everything that I needed. It's in a great location (6 minutes from Riverbend) and it's in a quiet Also, the owner is really nice and was always available if I needed anything.

Perfect Space and Accommodating Stay

This was a brand new studio apartment above the host's garage. There is parking in the driveway and a staircase up to your own entrance of the apartment. Upon arrival, T greeted me. She took me to the apartment and showed me all around. She even had ice cream bars waiting for me in the freezer. The apartment is stocked with everything a traveling professional could need. There is a full bathroom with a shower, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster oven, a coffee machine, a washer/dryer, a tv, and of course a comfy bed. There is also a large closet for all of your clothing as well as many drawers under the bed for clothes/personal items. T was a wonderful host and always checked in on me, making sure I had everything in the apartment and also took suggestions on what else it might need. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It is just a 5 minute drive from Peacehealth Riverbend Medical Center. Also a short drive to essential stores. Perfect and accommodating stay!

Studio in Eugene

The is a great studio close to River bend hospital and downtown Eugene. T is very accommodating and a gracious host. Answered all questions I had fast also. Very reliable host.
