Con artist

The owner couldn't pay the light bill, resulting in the power going out for over 24hrs, with zero compensation. It has been almost 60 days we left this property and the landlord can't come up with my deposit to pay me back sighting bogus dishwasher damages, then doesn't return or respond to my calls. A complete joke, the place was disgusting, in a terrible area, most if not all the food deliveries were stolen from the front door. Don't waist your time or money extremely disappointing
