Ivy Room

This was a wonderful place to stay for my contract at Presbyterian. I was able to walk to and from work as the house was only a 10 minute walk from the hospital. The house is pretty centrally located with easy access to 25 and subsequently 40. It's quick and easy to get anywhere in town. I stayed in the Ivy room and the highlight for me was the private balcony that is attached. The backyard has plenty of doves, finches, sparrows, and occasionally some hummingbirds. I'm usually not a fan of shared living, but this is a very well organized house. Each room has separate kitchen space. There is a full sized refrigerator in the kitchen, but there's also an additional separate freezer and refrigerator available. There was always plenty of space. I was very lucky to have great roommates during my time here. I would want to stay here again if I come back to Albuquerque.

Charming Home Away from Home

I’d planned on staying for 3 months for a contract at Lovelace Hospital- Instead I ended up staying nearly a year, and the wonderful living situation had a lot to do with. The house is only a blocks from Lovelace, but also just few min drive from Presbyterian & UNM. I stayed in the Rose room, which is charming and spacious- I felt able to recharge here after a long shifts. There are 2 other rooms which were sometimes rented to other travel nurses, but we never felt like we were on top of each other, and it was nice to occasionally see a friendly face. Shared spaces are well kept with plenty of designated space for your own food etc. Mgmt is professional, warm and responsive. I rarely needed them, but when did they were quick and helpful- always available if needed, but give tenants their privacy otherwise. I can’t recommend this gem enough... 10/10 I would absolutely rent again, and would recommend to others coming through the area.

A Peaceful, Well-Cared-For Home Perfect for Travel Nurses

This home immediately felt calm, peaceful, and grounding, truly a place to rest and recharge. Coming from a busy area in Houston and working as a travel nurse, this space helped me slow down and reset after long days. The backyard is a highlight. It’s beautifully maintained, with a natural rock water fountain, fresh green grass, and a quiet bench that’s perfect for fresh air, sunlight, and relaxing, especially at sunset. The home is thoughtfully set up for travelers, with everything you need, including a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks, with several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The owners clearly care for the home and were responsive and helpful whenever needed. I would highly recommend this place to any professional looking for a peaceful home during an assignment.

Historical Dream House

I am a single woman who moved to Albuquerque in 2024. This is the second home I have lived at and honestly, I was only planning on staying here 3-4 months but I can't find anything that compares to my rental rate, that is as nice and comfy as this place. I feel safe coming home late at night because of the cameras on the property site. The maintenance staff is prompt and oh so courteous! One of my favorite things about this house is watching the sunset from the patio. The backyard is like a dream - perfectly peaceful. You will love it here!!

Perfect historic house with lot's of space! Secret Garden Room

First off, I would like to say how responsive K was when I had questions. You can tell she cares about her guests and she was very personable. That is a huge plus for me since I am in the rental business as well and like to feel safe driving across country. Upon arriving at the property I was amazed how much space the historic house had. For a over packer this is great as the room had plenty of separate cabinets and a large closet area to store your luggage. The bathroom was large and felt open with plenty of space. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room with a microwave. The bedroom is cozy with a comfortable bed and down-like blanket/comfortable that was very soft. The outside area is stunningly beautiful to relax in after working with a wood burning fireplace, a fountain and lot's of space. There is a cabinet with for your room to store your own pantry items and a nice sized washer and dryer. I highly recommend and only wish I could have stayed longer and hope to return! Thanks!

Pleasant stay

The house has everything you could possibly need. The laundry being in the basement is super convenient, especially on those chilly days when you don't want to go outside. The queen bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. I found it to be the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a day of work. K is incredibly responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.
