Great quiet neighborhood convenient to everything.

Great place to stay. Tons of restaurants, shopping and activities. Home is located on a shady street close to the pool. The water view is excellent with a wide variety of bird and wild life. The shower has really good pressure and the washer and dryer are very convenient. J the landlord goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Security deposit was returned in person on the last day. I would definitely rent here again.

Great view, Landlord was excellent

This house was a wonderful spot to stay in while I worked at AdventHealth Celebration. The house is about 12 minutes from the hospital and 15-20 minutes from all Disney parks! The house itself is on the older side, but it's a nice amount of space for 1-2 people and in good condition. We loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the house. The highlight of the house, though is the view from the backyard! We loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the weather, the many birds, and the gorgeous sunsets over the pond in the back. We were there right after a large hurricane (Ian) and during a smaller hurricane (Nicole) and the pond didn't even come that close to the house and the house held up just fine during both hurricanes. J, the landlord, was very helpful and attentive. He was always quick to answer and help us out if we had any questions and he gave our security deposit back the day we moved out which we really appreciated.

Great property!

I recently stayed here for a travel nurse assignment. The home was clean, cozy and equipped with all the essentials including washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen essentials, towels and bedding. The property is peaceful and safe. I felt like I was on vacation when I wasnt working. The property is located close to many Orlando attractions, restaurants and shopping. You can easily walk to CVS pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme and many restaurants. The owner was easy to contact, always quick to respond and returned the security deposit the day I was leaving. Great place for leisure or business and I highly recommend it.
