Great place to staycomfortable, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city and nearby shopping. The host was very responsive and respectful of privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

nice and quiet neighborhood

I stayed here during my first work contract in Indianapolis. The neighborhood feels safe and the streets are quiet all day. The owner is very kind and accommodating while respecting your privacy. I did not mind the shared entrance since it's a few steps to your studio, it was very comfortable for one person and the drive to the city was easy. You are a short drive to shopping centers as well for groceries and any other purchases needed. R was very responsive to any concerns I had during my stay which I really appreciated as well. I'd gladly return here again.

A great place to stay. I was there around 7 months. This unit has all the amenities to make it feel like home. Quit neighborhood and safe. Owner is super helpful if you need anything or just a recommendation on local events or just good places to eat. Highly recommended and I will stay again if work brings me back
