Amazing landlord and neighborhood!

J & her husband L were dream landlords! They were both so kind and accommodating. I stayed here with my travel partner for about 4 months while working at Baldwin Park Kaiser (an easy 20-minute drive). The property itself was very nice, cozy, & clean. The bed and couch were very comfortable, and Janeane provided all the amenities one might need while away from home. The property is very quiet, safe, and private. I liked how we had our own entrance, parking spaces (one in the garage), and washer/dryer. Internet was fast. There are tons of citrus trees on the property that were beautiful & bird watching in the private backyard was great! The neighborhood of Monrovia was adorable, and I felt safe at all times. The property is close enough to the main street that you can walk (3-4 blocks). Lots of restaurants and events downtown! J was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had via text, and even invited us camping multiple times! Best place to stay!
