Perfect Spot

I stayed in the Retro for about 6 months while on a contract at Providence Everett and UW Northwest. Not only was the apartment spectacularly clean, it also had everything you could possibly need on a travel contract, AND it is in the best location. Michelle was a phenomenal host, she's so kind and responsive, and gave me the best recommendations for things to do in the area. The Retro can be nice and dark during the day with the blackout curtains and quiet, perfect for a night shift worker! Definitely recommend staying here!

Couldn't ask for more

Stayed here for my contract which started in mid Feb-July. House was very clean, with cleaning products available for you to use. Hosts were amazing, super helpful and had great communication. Would love to return sometime. They even had a helpful binder made up with places to visit and eat while staying.

Best stay ever!

I've been traveling as a healthcare professional for some time now and I've had the pleasure of staying in some great places, but this place topped them all. The attention to detail, along with the intentionality that Michelle took to make this place like a second home was far beyond what I normally see. I usually have to bring additional items with me but if I could think of an item, she 9/10 already provided it. She was responsive to my messages and is an all around awesome landlord. This place should be the standard for all furnished finders.

Great location, comfortably appointed

Michelle's places are clean, cozy and well-appointed with everything you need - I felt very safe as a solo female staying here and loved the close proximity to downtown Everett. A walker's dream! Highly recommended.

Retro unit

This has been my cozy little place since January 2024. I did not need to bring anything but my clothes. Its very well furnished and functional. I have loved being here the owners are amazing and the neighbors are so nice! I recommend this place !

Great Place in Everett

Amazing place to stay!! It exceeded all my expectations and the owners are wonderful, always there if you are having any issues. They did such a great job renovating the unit and making it unique, with amazing high quality finishes. I walked in and everything was immaculate, it felt like I was staying in a nice hotel. Great location and walking distance to so many things while being right beside the water. I worked at the hospital up the street on a travel nurse contract and it took me less than a minute to walk to work. I felt so comfortable and the unit had everything I needed and more. I was staying by myself but it would always be perfect for a couple. Cant say enough great things about this place, highly recommend!

perfect stay in Everett

I had a wonderful stay at this property during my first travel nurse assignment! The property was only 5 minutes from Providence Regional Medical Center and up the street from the women's clinic. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Michelle is kind, thoughtful, and meticulous. The apartment was spotless upon my arrival and she truly thought of everything. I did not need to buy any supplies for the kitchen - even spices. When the kitchen sink sprung a leak, she sent her husband over to fix it within 15 minutes! I really enjoyed my time here and I would stay here again

Perfect studio

Perfect little place for one! Great views. Safe neighborhood. Super close to hospitals. Everything you need is provided. Friendly neighbors. Exceptional landlord, always available to help with any concerns or needs. Definitely recommend!!

This is what you are looking for!

The pictures are nice, but don't capture the great vibes and comfy coziness of the actual place. The view and area are beautiful, welcoming, and safe! M is hands down the best landlord you can ask for. She was attentive, genuine, and kind. She is very personable and professional. You can tell her bottom line is your comfort and safety. The apartment was extremely clean and very well appointed - you will need for nothing- from a steam iron to a Keurig in the master! There is assigned parking and a good washer and dryer on the premises. There are super sweet neighbors, too! We can't thank her enough for taking care of us!

Amazing place in Everett

The apartment was a very cozy home while I was working at providence but what made the difference was definitely M and her husband! Great communication and attention to detail. All of the essentials were provided and the house was perfect for a short term rental! Id highly recommend staying at M's place!

Clean, quiet and comfortable

We stayed here for 13 weeks and we found this property to be very clean, quiet and comfortable. The property owner is very attentive to your needs and very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Retro studio

This is a perfect little studio.Landlord thoughtfully furnished the studio, fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils (even a lemon squeezer!). Landlord is also very friendly and made sure I was comfort and hadeverything I needed. The studio is conveniently located to many hospitals, waterfront,gorcery stores, malls, and hiking. Its quite and safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. onsite parking.

Perfect little space for us!

We loved this space as soon as we stepped out of the car and smelled the ocean breeze! This home is beautifully furnished, very clean, an easy walking distance to downtown, and has the best stocked kitchen I have seen yet (even an air fryer!). The decor is cozy and warm, and maximizes the space so it felt like plenty of room for the 2 of us; we immediately felt at home here. M is a wonder host and landlord, quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. She even had a binder ready for us with tips on the house, as well as recommendations for restaurants and events in the area!
