Cozy backyard cottage in Tacoma with AC

Just right

This really has everything you need. Location is away from busy streets, parking is easy and I always felt safe. Access to freeways is close by. Stores and hospitals are close, easy drives. You can move right in without having to go to the store first. All I really needed were clothes. Julie and Mike were accessible, responsive, and very nice.

Julie and Mike were just the nicest! They have great recs from food in the area too. The space was cozy and came FULLY furnished. 10/10 hosts.

Home away from Home

I absolutely love this place. I am a traveling nurse that stayed here for five months. Its in a great location, close to everything! Its equipped with the needed essentials for any length of stay! Ms Julie and Mr Mike are the best landlords! Friendly and very accommodating! I love the yard, the privacy and the warm feeling of home. The bed is very comfortable! It was perfect for me! I would definitely stay here again and again in the future if its available! Thank you both for your hospitality during my stay here in the Northwest!

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed here for almost 6 months and we loved it! The cottage is modern, clean and cozy with all of the amenities you would need. We also enjoyed that it is only a short drive from great restaurants and waterfront trails. Julie and Mike are wonderful landlords, very kind and responsive. We highly recommend it!

A Wonderful Stay

This was a perfect place for me during my travel nurse contract. It was open, roomy and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbor is friendly. J and M are wonderful landlords who are respectful of your space but always available to answer questions or just spend a little time visiting. I now consider them friends. I liked being tucked privately in the backyard where I enjoyed my own entrance and little patio. The unit has many windows so there was plenty of natural light. I would highly recommend this unit as I, personally, would like to stay here again if the opportunity arises in the future.

The cutest cottage!

This cottage is simply adorable. Nestled behind J's house, makes it feel extra cozy and extra private. When you first walk in all of the natural light greets you like a breath of fresh air. J has supplied every appliance you could ever need from coffee maker to washer and dryer. The bed is so cozy, which I am so thankful for. The bed is always a hit or miss for me during my travel assignments, but it was definitely a win for here! Ive honestly enjoyed my time here so much, and am sad to be leaving. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone and cannot say enough good things. Every time I have a visitor over, I receive so many compliments about how cute and cozy it is.
