Top Notch Location and Landlord

I can't say enough about this North End gem I called home for months as an Emerson grad student. First off, it's landlords, C and his wife. The place was super neat and clean on move in. There is pride of ownership here. C is handy, upbeat, and answers all questions/ concerns immediately. (Once he even came to my rescue once when I locked myself out taking out trash!) C's wife's stamp is seen in the decor- aesthetic, with attention to all the details of daily living- a comfy new couch, quality bath towels, thought-through kitchen and cleaning accoutrements (down to a stacking coffee cup stand, toast press and an adorable red apartment vac.) The studio is tucked in a historic cobblestone court of Boston's amazing Little Italy, a stone's throw from the Revere mall and Hanover Street. All services you need are around the corner- delicious restaurants and pastry shops, coffee, groceries, cvs. Ready to go back and I haven't even left yet. Thank you, C and family!

Loved this apartment!

I absolutely loved staying here! The decor was super well done and cute. It was very clean and in the perfect neighborhood! It was also really nice that the apartment was tucked away in a court, not on a Main Street, so it was quiet while being close to the action! The landlord, C, was very helpful, kind, and responsive! Had a great experience over all!

North End Gem

Absolutely loved this property. It is in the perfect location in the North End. I could walk to everything I wanted to do in Boston. The North End is so cute and the unit is on a side street so it was still quiet and I had no trouble sleeping day or night. The unit has everything I needed and the bed was super comfy. C could not have been more accommodating, responded quickly every time I contacted him and checked in to see how everything was going. I highly recommend this studio to anyone traveling to Boston and would absolutely stay here again. I have been moving around Boston the last year and this was by far my favorite stay and location.
