This is the perfect apt

I stayed in the Avalon Apartment for three months this summer and it was wonderful. The Apartment is fully furnished/stocked with everything you need to feel independent and self-sufficient. When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The Apartment is quite spacious and has a wonderful outdoor area. This apartment is plenty large for either an individual or couple. The couch pulls out to a second bed--but I liked to keep it pulled out for a super cozy movie-watching area of the living room. In addition to the large, clean, updated, and fully stocked apartment, Brandon and Ryan are the best landlords. Upon arrival I noticed there wasn't a blender in the kitchen. Brandon and Ryan went to the store THAT DAY and brought one right to the door. In addition, when it seemed like the internet was slowing down, they IMMEDIATELY arranged for someone to take a look and fixed the issue within days. I've never experienced such thoughtful, attentive, and professional landlords. I can't recommend this apartment enough. You'd be lucky to stay here!

Amazing stay with amazing hosts!

Our stay was great! The unit was so cozy and had everything we needed. B and R were wonderful, always making sure we knew when to expect landscapers or pest control and addressing any issues right away! Couldnt have asked for a better stay for this contract.

Amazing Rental

We dont have enough amazing things to say about this property and the owners. This apartment has everything you could need while youre living on the road! The entire property is gated and the neighbors are very friendly. We felt very safe here. The communication with B was amazing. He was very responsive and helped in anyway he could!! I must add this property is pet friendly and our cat most definitely enjoyed the apartment as well!
