Laundry is located on the bottom floor (basement).

Cozy Welcoming Rental
I had a great experience renting from Kelly. She is very professional, organized, and clear about expectations, which made the living arrangement feel comfortable and well-managed. She does a great job creating a clean, quiet, and respectful environment where everyones comfort is considered. The home is modern and cozy, and having a private bathroom was a huge plus. The location is also very convenient, with stores nearby and a nice park across the street. The cats were also a nice bonus for animal lovers. Overall, Kelly is fair-minded, knowledgeable, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable home. I would definitely recommend renting here!!

Excellent Host and Space
My stay in this room was fantastic, and Kelly consistently went above and beyond what is required of a host to make sure that my time in Baltimore was easy. The location is walkable to lots of what Baltimore has to offer, and the space feels very homey. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone interested.

Best Stay Ever!
I came to the U.S. through an exchange program, and this has truly been the best place Ive stayed. Kelly is super kind and welcoming. She always made sure I felt at home, and we spent some fun times together! And I cant forget Theo and Pepper The house is super clean and well kept. My room is spacious, has lots of storage, and the private bathroom is also great. The location is ideal too, close to downtown and in a residential neighborhood thats easy to walk around. Staying here truly felt like being at home. I was super comfortable and relaxed the whole time.

Great place to stay, awesome host
This room was exactly what I was looking for. It offers a nice place to stay while on assignment with close commute to John Hopkins. The house is very clean and quiet. The host is super friendly and does everything she can to make it feel homey, though I will say the resident cats may be the real highlight. Would recommend!

Right at home
I had a great time staying here, the house is very clean and decorated nice. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom and is new and updated. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. There is street parking, never had an issue finding a spot but you must parallel park. Location is great. Would recommend staying here!
