Home Away From Home

Love staying with Bryce. This is my second time to stay and this time was for 9 months. Last stay was during the outbreak of COVID. Bryce has always made me feel welcome and is easy to get along with. The house is spacious and clean because the housekeeper comes every two weeks. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. When I come in from an evening shift, I have been known to take a walk and am not afraid except maybe running into a raccoon or two. The location is ideal as it is situated between Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. This time I worked in both places and the commute was easy and doable even in the snow. Have met many of the neighbors and gotten to know them as well. Little secret about staying here...he prefers you have a dog! I really think he likes the dog better than me. An upside, Bryce works from home and when I have a long shift he walks the dog and feeds him. If I come back this way, this is where I would want to stay again.

great place to stay!

I stayed at this property only temporarily while switching housing, but it was a great stay! Friendly owner, and the house matches the pictures. Bonus points because he is pet friendly! I always felt like my privacy was respected and it was very comfortable sharing a space with B. Would stay again if I found myself in Iowa :).
