Landlord was very prompt to follow up and address any concerns. Would definitely rent from her again!
I stayed at this property for about 8 months. The neighbourhood is a bit sleepy, but you are close to UPitt, CMU, and UPMC, as well as a short trip to downtown. There is lots to do nearby in the Strip District, Bloomfield, and Lawrenceville as well. The location is great! The interior of the place is cute and well decorated. It is a good fit for someone looking for a good value apartment in a great location.
