Adorable home!

Highly satisfied with stay! Firstly, great location. Quiet area but still near great coffee shops, supermarket, and bbq. Secondly, has drive way which makes parking so much more convenient especially during southern thunderstorms. Thirdly, this place is so clean with adorable high-end furnishings and looks EXACTLY like the photos. It looks like one of those aesthetic homes that Instagram influencers live in. Fourthly, the main entrance had a lock code that made check-in a breeze and I didn’t have to worry about losing any keys.

VERY CLEAN!!

I am very picky about where I stay and typically don’t like hotels - even the really nice ones - but this place felt super clean and new. This place is very well maintained because not a single detail was out of place. 11/10 stars

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Charleston. The home was cozy, comfortable, and very clean, and it truly had everything we needed during our visit. The location was amazing—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Alice was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches around the house that made it feel like home. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

My roommate and I had a fantastic experience at Alices. The house comes fully furnished with modern appliances, making the move-in process seamless. The bed and couch are incredibly comfortable, and having TVs in both the living room and bedrooms was a nice touch. Each bedroom also has a personal AC unit, which was great for customizing the temperature to our liking. The location couldnt have been better it was conveniently situated with easy access to all parts of town. Parking was a breeze with both a driveway spot and ample on-street parking, which worked perfectly for two people with cars. Alice was extremely responsive and always available for any questions. Overall, this property was ideal for us, and Id highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to live!

Great Place and Location

A wonderful and spacious room for me and my roommate. Pull out couch and half bath downstairs was perfect for visiting family and upstairs bedrooms with own bathrooms provided quiet privacy. It was very clean, organized and Alice was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Great location with many restaurants in walking distance and lovely and kind neighbors. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location, Clean & Spacious!

A was a great host and her house is just as described. I am a traveling nurse and was able to bike to MUSC in less than 10 minutes. Location is great, area is quiet and safe, and the parking spot was wonderful for when my family visited. Would definitely stay here again!
