Best duplex

Shanna was the absolute best landlord I have had! She was so attentive and responded really quickly if I had any questions or concerns. The house is walking distance from the hospital which was really nice as well! I loved the decor and the overall esthetic Shanna has made with the property. Definitely relieved a lot of stress after a long day!

Great stay

Really enjoyed my stay here. S is a wonderful landlady and provided everything I could think of. She was always quick to respond and addressed any concerns I had. The space itself feels very cozy and is charmingly decorated. Having access to the garage was convenient as well. The location is easily walkable and there is a Ring doorbell for added security. I work night shift and walked to Renown without any issues. Thanks again for everything!

Gorgeous Place with everything you need close to hospital

S is an Amazing Landlord. She is profressional, considerate and responsive. The place was fully stocked with everything you may need to unload your bags and start your new assignment. I worked at Renown which was less than a 10 minute walk to work from this unit. it's is very clean and newly renovated with nice personal touches that really make it feel like home!

Ideal For Travel Nurses!

This is a perfect stay for travel nurses working anywhere in Reno. The location is safe and I have had zero issues with crime or noise during my time. The space is newly renovated, modern, and well equipped. The internet is fast around 500 Mbs down and up. The bed is very comfortable which is always important to me. The space's relaxing tones and design have been great to come home to after a busy shift. I can easily walk to or bike to Renown in 4-5 min. S, the landlord, has been a pleasure to rent from and work with. She is one of the best landlords I have ever had during my time traveling as an RN. She has always had great communication for anything I needed regarding the property. Highly recommend!!
