Great stay

Eric is a great landlord. It was always easy to contact Eric and he was very helpful. Place was exactly as described. The room was just enough room for me. The bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer work perfectly. Appliances in the kitchen work well too. Plenty of street parking. No complaints. Would stay again.

Great Place!

I stayed here for just over 9 months during my assignment at Inova Alexandria. It's close to Alex, easy to get to the EZPass, close to every shopping place you'd wanna go. Eric was wonderful! Whenever I had something I needed help with at the home, he was extremely responsive and helpful. The room was clean as they come, the other room mates were quiet, respectful, and kind. The location was quiet and safe (I'm from the middle of nowhere, never lock your doors kinda town and I even felt safe here:) ) I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Southern Hospitality on the East Coast!

Im very grateful to have found a safe, nice and affordable place to live while working from home. The owners are amazing and always there to help whether its to rectify a concern or simply soliciting advice for things to do. They really take pride in the property and I loved being here. Considering Im a southern gal, and it snows Ill be hightailing it back home for the winter months. I rented the private queen room with the private bath and it was my own little oasis. They even had cleaning done for me. To the owners, thank you so much for your attentive natures, thank you for being amazing individuals and creating a safe space for young travelers such as myself. I am so so thankful. Youve accommodated every request Ive ever made. This location was ideal for me due to its close proximity to amenities and work and the fact that the owners live across the street. The homeowners are a married couple and the wife has a daycare business! I wish I brought my own kids, how nice!

Beautiful Stay

I absolutely loved living here! The house is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need. My bedroom felt cozy and clean, and I always felt very comfortable in the common areas. This place is perfect for anyone looking to make a quick home for themselves. My stay was nothing but great. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was plenty of parking and it was very convenient having a washer/dryer. The location is perfect as youre close to a lot of major stores and multiple hospitals. The owner Eric is amazing. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and made sure everyone in the home felt comfortable. If I couldve stayed longer, I would have.

DC contract

Great value and easy commute to our contract in Alexandria, VA. Had two roommates that were easy to get a long with. Eric was always available when we had questions. The room on the lower level with private half bath worked well for us

I had a great experience. The owner was very welcoming. The residence is well maintained and clean. A very quiet and convenient location.

Cozy Basment Room

As a current tenant at E's home it has been a wonderful few months. Ive been here for quite some while and he has accommodated every request Ive asked. He was very helpful with letting me move in early when I first arrived. My time at the hospital Im at is coming to an end but if I could extend I would definitely stay at his spot again.
