Amazing stay!

I stayed at this property while on rotation for work and had a great experience. The apartment is very safe as it's tucked behind the main property and has its own private entrance. A/C was great as it gets pretty hot outside during the summer, utilities and wifi all included, and parking for 1 as well! Fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the king bed was super comfortable. Alex (the landlord) is amazing!

This property was AMAZING. It had every essential appliance I needed--basically your own washer/dryer, dish washer, AC, refrigerator, gas stove, etc. On top of that, it's in a quiet and convenient neighborhood with a brand new pool where the water is always at the perfect temperature. Your own private parking space. Phenomenal views, especially at sunset. Fast wi-fi. The owner is one of the best landlords/hosts I've ever had. He was very communicative and extremely generous and accommodating. The bed is comfortable, and the bedroom is very spacious. I wish I had more time to enjoy this property, but this will definitely be THE ONE I look for whenever I am back in town. Can't wait to return. Hands down, this was the best place I've ever booked in LA outside of a luxury resort--it really felt like a home.

A's place was very comfortable and a pleasure to stay at. Great views of the mountains and in the best neighborhood! Plenty of room and space to cook and lounge around. Master bedroom is enormous. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, great neighborhood, great owner

Nice guesthouse that is quiet, clean, and spacious. Private entrance and parking spot give you all the privacy you need. A/C unit and heater work great. Blackout curtains make it easy to sleep during the day. Convenient location near the 10 freeway. Owner is very welcoming. I would recommend and I would stay here again!

Beautiful and safe

The place is very comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. I stayed there for a travel assignment at Pomona Valley Hospital. I am a woman and one of my biggest worries was to find a safe place. A was very polite and always responded to my inquiries quickly. The view from the porch is very beautiful and peaceful. The pool is very nice! I worked night shift and I didn't have trouble sleeping during the day since the neighborhood is so quiet and residential. Shops and supermarket are very close. Downtown Covina is very cute and has some nightlife. Downtown LA is only a 30 min drive away. I would definitely go back.

This place is awesome! It is a one bedroom apt above the garage and very spacious. All appliances are new and top quality. There is a washer and dryer downstairs in the garage for use by tenant. The unit has both heating and AC so temp was always just right. The king size bed is very comfortable and the black out shades worked great to keep the room dark as I was doing night shifts. Parking off street was very convenient. The owner lives in house on property and was very responsive, only a text away. A superb landlord! I cannot recommend this place enough and hope it is available when I come back.

Amazing one bedroom Apt. close to Downtown LA

I absolutely loved staying here. The owner A was very responsive and flexible with my needs and always a quick text away. It's a one bedroom above a garage and the garage has a washer/dryer. The owner doesn't really use it alot so it's basically you're own washer dryer. The apartment has full-sized updated appliances and the apartment itself has modern fixtures. Theres a Roku TV, AC in the unit or heater. The shades really helped for sleeping during the day as I was working nightshift. I parked infront of the garage so I never had to deal with issues with street parking. You won't regret staying here I had a great experience.
