Proctor Oasis

I stayed at this property for eight months, and had a fabulous experience. The space is described as a studio, but it was much larger than I had originally anticipated! The home is equipped with all the necessities you will need, and even a few luxuries ( like heated floors in the bathroom ). The property itself is situated on an idealistic street in one of Tacoma's best neighborhoods. You are within walking distance of cute neighborhood shops, restaurants, and grocery stores (Met Market might be the best grocery store experience I've ever had). And the house happens to back up to one of Tacoma's most scenic walking trails, which is quite literally in the backyard. I will miss walking out of the door to be greeted with the lush greenery, and sometimes deer that wonder up from puget park. The landlord is kind, highly attentive and communicative. She was always flexible and willing to work with my needs. I would rate my experience with this property and landlord 10/10!

My home away from home

I can't say enough good things about this gem! I stayed for close to a year while I worked at TGH. F is such an amazing host and I felt right at home. She was kind and responsive with any questions I had. The area is over the park with gorgeous views and the commute to work was perfect. This place is walking distance from Met Market and Safeway as well as some cute cafes and restaurants. I felt safe and so very welcomed in this precious neighborhood. This is the perfect location in Tacoma, close to Ruston Way and Point Defiance. Since this place is located above Pudget Park, you will see deer walking through. My favorite animal who visited was definitely F's cat Yoohoo who I already miss! I hope to come back soon!!
