I stayed at this property on the 3rd floor for my VA rotation in NJ with my partner. We had everything we needed staying here. There were plenty of kitchenware, starter toiletries, extra bedding and towels for us, which we really appreciated. The owners were wonderful and great hosts. They made sure we felt at home and checked on us constantly. It was a safe neighborhood. Theres a washer/dryer downstairs. Theres parking in the back of the house as well. At first, the driveway can be intimidating, however, after a couple days we were able to drive in and out of there swiftly and with no issues! It was also nice because we lived about 10-15 mins from the Newark Penn station, so we could go to Manhattan on weekends within 40 mins. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here. Great apartment close to many amenities

I stayed at this property while on assignment at the VA in East Orange. It was an ideal location, as my commute was less than five minutes away. I had more than I needed while staying in this 3rd-floor apartment. Owner-provided cooking items such as pots/pans/slow cooker/coffee maker/dishes/seasoning. While I never cooked there due to meal prepping at my primary residence, knowing I had options was nice. Plenty of water, toiletries, cleaning products, and linens were also provided! One parking spot in the rear of the house is provided. I was initially nervous about parking here because it seemed tight, but I got my Jeep in here w/ no issues. The Internet can be spotty at times but is being addressed. Nice owner(s) who constantly checked on me during my stay. Any issues I had were resolved the same day. Very quick to respond to messages. Would recommend it to anyone working at any of the nearby facilities. Would stay here again if the opportunity ever came about!!

My stay 10/24-1/9

This property was everything described and definitely matched the images. Its very spacious. One thing I loved is how the kitchen was fully equipped down to a slow cooker and rice cooker I was able to save a lot by preparing my own meals. A washer and dryer was on the premises. Although shared, it was always available to use as long as you communicate with H. H is a great host. I was always able to get a hold of him via texting or calls. He answers questions promptly and is overall very patient even when things got a little chaotic. Thank you H! Would definitely stay here again if I got another contract in the area.

Mr. & Ms. E are wonderful and kind landlords. The apartment is clean, and comfortable and everything works very well. It has been a pleasure meeting them and living here.
