Spacious Apartment in a Prime Location

Highly Recommend!

Lived here nearly 9 months and loved every minute of it. The space feels clean, and the pictures show exactly what it looks like. Plenty of space for entertaining in the main area, a very cute layout and kitchen, and in the most ideal location. K is really helpful and responsive if you need anything, and there are never any noise issues with neighbors. Laundry is easy and parking isn't bad (only hard if you come back late at night). Walking distance to multiple gyms, many restaurants, parks, coffee shops, dog parks, and groceries. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Place in a Great Building and Neighborhood!

K was an excellent host and the apartment is clean, well stocked and in a great location. I had a chance to stay for almost 8 weeks while launching our new site in Sacramento. K was responsive to any questions I had, and always made me feel welcome. The Apartment has everything you could need, including an AC unit for the summer. Cute kitchen, lovely living quarters and the bed was super comfortable. I would happily stay again!
