Home Away From Home

We stayed in this ADU for six months, and it honestly felt like a little home away from home. The space was super comfortable, well-designed, and completely private—perfect for a long stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, with stores and restaurants just a short drive away. SDSU was also really close, which was perfect for me as a student. Meghan was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful when we needed anything, but also gave us plenty of space. It was the perfect balance of being available and letting us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this ADU to anyone looking for a comfortable, private spot in a great area.

Meghan was a wonderful and very communicative host! This cottage was nothing short of cozy - it had a spacious kitchen, bedroom, and shower. It is a quiet neighborhood where we could get rest in between our shifts. There is plenty of street parking, so no need to stress about finding a spot. It is located close to the freeway, making it is easy to get places. We had a great stay here.

San Diego USA games

My husband and I loved this sweet little cottage life during our recent visit to San Diego. The cottage is modern and clean, it feels spacious with living room and kitchen plus separate bedroom, bathroom has a large tiled shower. Laundry room plus closet area off the bedroom. There is even a little garden area out front that is private so you can soak up some morning sun. Easy street parking and easy to get to the main roads. Meghan is a great host. Easy to communicate with and helpful with knowing where things were located, great restaurants and places to visit. We want to go back already :)

Comfy and cozy

I loved my stay here. The place was cozy and in a nice neighborhood. The street noise can be loud at certain times with the windows open but you can't hear it when windows are closed. There was enough privacy with the fenced yard. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing. Owners provided toiletries, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen had all the basics you would need. Well thought out and beautifully designed. I'm sad it was rented out when my work contact was extended. I would definitely stay here again if I continue working in the area.
