Jamie and Rhonda don't just go the extra mile for their tenants, they care deeply about their entire experience and are easy to connect with on a personal level. Words cannot express my gratitude for welcoming me into their with warm hearts, not to mention the brilliant home decor! Thank you Rhonda for the thoughtful cups with lids you bought for my little princess when she stayed with me a few days. I felt truly special and this whole experience has been an absolute joy for me. The thoughtfulness you put not every detail in the home to make me feel comfortable felt like I was staying with a close relative. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

Rent With Caution

While I was eating dinner Rhonda, Jaime's wife and human resource professional, approached me and made false accusation against me. When I denied the accusation she erupted and her husband Jaime had to intervene and told her to stop. She left, returned and apprized and again I stated the accusation was false. She then stated I needed to leave and pointed to dishes I was using and said words to effect I was to leave the dishes I was using as if I intended to steal them. I left within 24 hours and Jaime was very professional, refunded the difference and sent a packaged to my new address. I lived with 6 other people in a relaxed atmosphere large home. Th kitchen was unorganized with dishes frequently left in the sink. Pool was not always clean. Every time the garage, where the refrigerator was, and front doors were opened, it was announced throughout the house. If bedroom window is open, very noisy.

I’m so grateful I was able to find this rental as a PA student on rotations. This family is so welcoming and the neighborhood and house are stunning. The room was spotless, comfortable and has everything you need. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother looking anywhere else!

Flawless stay with Jamie and Rhonda. Amazing hosts. This rental is a no brainer, has everything you need and in a very nice neighborhood. Green valley is only about 10-15 minutes away, and Tucson is about 20 minutes away. 100% recommend.

Amazing Family, safe neighborhood, well kept spacious home

I found myself looking for housing near Green Valley AZ. Sahurita is a cute little young town about 20 min south of Tuscon airport with great trails and activities. This family tho their kids are all leaving the nest and they have room in their hearts and home to spare! I felt so welcome, so at home and yet could have privacy if so desired. I missed my boys so much being away and their well mannered 16 year old was a reflection of what great parents they are. The communication was great, they displayed some flexibility with me and even cheered on my Pacers so I didnt have to cheer alone! I would 100% stay here again and feel lucky to have met the Dawson family.

Safe and very chill

Travel RN here, do NOT miss out on this opportunity! Beautiful neighborhood, lovely large home. Great shared kitchen, living rooms and patio/pool. My bedroom and bath were quiet, safe, private spaces. In 7 years of travel, this was the best place I have lived. Appropriately named - Home Sweet Home : )

Made me feel like family

The hosts are a wonderful family that made me feel as welcome as their own. If I ever get back to Sahuarita, I'm definitely visiting my new friends.

Warm and Welcoming

I rented the upstairs bedroom from R and J, and it was a positive experience from start to finish. J has added so many thoughtful tech upgrades, like keyless entry on bedroom doors, and R was around the first day to greet me with a big hug and show me around all the shared spaces and answer any of my questions. You can tell that this host family is happy to share their home, and were always available for a chat, to recommend some local things to do, or to answer any questions, or even to help you out. They seem to have thought of everything you would want or need while staying away from home, and have done a great job making travelers feel welcome in their space. What you see in the listing is absolutely what you get while renting, and the background check process and move in exchange was so easy. The Dawsons were even thoughtful enough to help me move my things into the room, and I think this listing would be a great option for any traveling healthcare professional.

Great Place to stay!

Such a great property! They helped me in my time of need. I needed somewhere to stay quick and J helped me right away. I was unable to stay at his location, but his best friend D had a room available right down the street. Felt like the best of both worlds. They are very hospitable and caring. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic

My stay at J**** and R**** home was absolutely fantastic. The house is very large so theres more than enough space to accommodate anyone. My favorite space is the outdoor kitchen for grilling and watching tv while sitting with the fire pit lit. J**** and R**** were extremely accommodating to all of my needs and are very kind, friendly people. I cannot recommend them and their home highly enough. We would even share meals together and would often chat about life and work, so I never felt lonely. It was a great experience, I only wish my stay was longer.
