Centrally Located Northeast Home

Great stay

Me and my wife Sarah (both travel nurses) had a great time at this property. Back yard was great for our pets. Nice patio for grilling and enjoying nice weather. Nice having 3 bedrooms for our belongings and pets. Kitchen was adequate for cooking daily meals. Landlord was very kind and was nice enough to allow us to store our motorcycle in the garage and offered to help watch our pets during vacations. Neighborhood was very safe and had a beautiful view of the Sandia Mnts. I highly recommend this property for future tenants. Close to many amenities and restaurants, Landlord was very nice and responsive. Can't recommend this property enough and will absolutely seek this property out in the future if we get another assignment in Albuquerque!

Terrible stay

I wish I could rate stars I would. Property manager was unprofessional and would take days to answer our concerns. Unsafe location-I would always hearing gunshots anytime I was out in the backyard. Backyard was the only thing that was decent but even then it was undone and had junk lying around. I had a burnt out fan light that was never fixed after multiple attempts of bringing it up to the owners attention. She ended up charging me for it through the deposit with no valid reasoning. Stay away! Money hungry people!!!!

Perfect home for my 8 month stay!

I was able to stay at this home for 8 months in total. I travel with my family, including a wild toddler. This home had everything that we needs. From pots and pans, to linens. You name it, this home had it. The home was very clean and updated and was more than spacious for 3 people. The backyard is all grass. This was nice especially during the summer months. The homeowner is very involved in maintaining the home and is always so kind and helpful whenever you need something, not even pertaining to the home! The property manager was very communicative with passing along information regarding any seasonal changes for the home and any other information. The neighborhood felt very safe overall, I was able to run and take my toddler on strolls through the neighborhood. This is a lovely home to stay in for your travel experience! My travel work here was so rewarding and this home made it all the more special! If ever given another opportunity, I will be calling to try and stay here
