Lovely summer stay

I stayed here for 4 months and had such a wonderful experience. The landlord was amazingkind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The unit itself was beautifully furnished and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, which made it feel like home right away. The building/neighborhood was very quiet, perfect for relaxing after work. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, hassle-free rental. I'm a travel nurse and have stayed in many places over the past few years and this was by far my favourite spot to stay!

Simply the best

I had a truly incredible experience living at this property with my dog for almost a year. Here's the breakdown: The space is lovely - tons of natural light, great sound control, and and an effective split system for heat and cool. The kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities are all good quality and well maintained. The upstairs bedroom is gorgeous - vaulted ceilings with a nice bathroom and big walk-in closet, and a loft area that I used as a guest bedroom. The backyard is beautiful and I felt totally comfortable using the amenities - couch sitting area, grill, etc.. The owners dog is the sweetest and my dog loved playing with him all the time and lounging outside in the sun. The owners are real animal lovers. The neighborhood is awesome - right off the 5 without any of the noise implications. Several of portland's great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in walking distance. Just a few blocks from mississippi ave. A nice area to walk the dog or take a stroll to get coffee in the morning. Most importantly, the owners are awesome - totally available for any issues and genuinely the best people. They give you privacy while still making you feel like family. I wasn't sure what it would be like living in someone's backyard and now almost a year later I'm so glad I took the plunge. Can't recommend this place enough!

Truly home away from home

Staying at this property made my experience in Portland so amazing! The house is well- lit, modern, comfortable, and the owners respond promptly to any issue. I stayed there an entire year, and they truly became family. There is a designated parking spot, tons of bars within walking distance, Albina press- the best coffee with the best baristas. Neighborhood is safe and central to most locations, my drive to OHSU was quick & easy. It is behind their house, but still maintained privacy. I'd permanently move into this place if they'd let me! 100/10 recommend.

Amazing house and living experience!

My wife and I stayed at this house for a year. We had an amazing experience and loved living here. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were available and immediately fixed any small living issues. It is located in a quiet location walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. In addition, there are two small neighborhood grocery/convenience stories. There is designated parking on the backside of the property. The house is modern and warm with all up to date appliances and a comfortable mattress! Kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs and there is plenty of storage with a small loft and outside storage room. Our dog stayed with us without any problems; there is an unofficial dog park(large grass field) down the street with other neighborhood doggos! Although directly behind the owners house, we had complete privacy and our space was respected. The house is great but the owners truly made our experience what it was. Highly recommend!
