Perfect for a Mid-Term Chicago Stay!

My husband Dan and I had a fantastic experience at Cullom House this summer while we were transitioning back to Chicago and looking for long-term housing. The apartment was exactly what we needed - beautifully updated, clean, spacious, and full of natural light. We were both able to work from the apartment comfortably. The location is also hard to beat: just steps from Welles Park, close to the L, and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and family-friendly spots.We frequently took walks through the surrounding parks and to the shops on Lincoln Ave. Bryan and Cassie were exceptional hosts. They were very responsive, flexible, respectful, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Wed absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a mid-term stay on Chicagos North Side!

Amazing Chicago Rental!

I can't say enough great things about this unit! It's so spacious with lots of cabinet and closet space. Both beds are very comfortable and the furniture throughout feels high end. The apartment was incredibly clean and stocked with everything my family needed for our stay - plenty of extra linens, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom necessities, laundry access, and working space. The owners were super responsive and friendly. Lastly, the location is a true hidden gem in Chicago. Easy access to public transportation or the highway, plenty of nearby shops, restaurants and parks. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Amazing apartment and location

Apartment was amazing. Even better than the pictures. Owners did a beautiful job updating this unit. It is well appointed with anything you needed. The information they provide once you are there exceeded any expectations we had. Fantastic hosts. The neighborhood is walkable. Close to the the brown line, bus stops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.
