Perfect live/work or medical proffesional location.

RECOMMEND! I feel elevated by the architectural elements, from the high exposed ceiling structure, to the large sunny windows, to the eclectic furnishing which add to the artistic ambiance of the interesting artist loft community thing. The neighbor's artwork along the halls was a treat. Its a very comfortable peaceful environment. The free wifi and the open space is the perfect to either inspire work from home or a relaxing night with a movie. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a creative meal but there are so many fantastic restaurants, caf s and bars nearby that you may chose to be out on the town. I'm never bored in the neighborhood. All the utilities are paid. Laundry is easy being on-site. The big elevator is great for groceries, packages, moving in and out. All you need is your luggage and the keys, It has everything else that you will need.. The building is safe and secured. The owner is sweet and accomodating. I will be back!

Highly Recommend this cute studio!

As the previous review promised, this loft was everything and more. This was the perfect place to stay! You immediately feel comfortable and the vibes of this studio are amazing - has a nice open flow. The Wifi was great for all my meetings and calls. It's fully furnished with full kitchen - if there was ever anything I needed, K was super responsive and would mail it to me on the spot. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Always street parking available right in front. There's a community deck available on 4th floor with great views and deck furniture. Laundry is in the basement - you can downloada convenientapp that lets you know when laundry is free or done. Downtown Montavilla has a lot going on - great wine and cocktail bars, good eats, a movie theatre, farmers market! I highly recommend renting this place and feel very lucky that this was my first introduction to Portland. Thanks again!

Cozy, warm and welcoming

I absolutely loved staying at this studio apartment. I felt immediately comfortable and relaxed from day 1. The apartment felt spacious because of how it is set up with the bed tucked behind the beam. Everything you need to cook, clean, and even work from home is already there. Laundry was never an issue with it being in the building and street parking was always available. K, the owner, was so easy and great to communicate with, made the move in very easy, and provided so many great recommendations. It was conveniently located near the highway. It was very easy to get to places and the downtown Montavilla area was very cute, especially the Sunday Farmers Market. I never heard the neighbors (on either side or above) and the building is very fun with everyone's unique artwork displayed outside of their unit. If I didn't have other obligations, I would have definitely extended my stay. I was very sad to leave! 1000% would rent this place again!!
