Well designed space, thoughtful hosts, quiet neighborhood near parks

Brooke has clearly put a lot of effort into making this a nice space with nice appliances and furniture, it's clean, and has a layout that maximizes the space. She was helpful whenever I needed anything, e.g. I particularly appreciated that she provided an alternate desk when I wanted a larger desk for my ergonomic needs. It's also a good quiet location with a short walk to a nice park, and not far from a freeway.

Gem in the Oakland Hills

We stayed in Brookes studio for 10 months during a major remodel of our home. The studio is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and well laid out. The bathroom has plenty of storage space and a great shower. Fabulous washer and dryer. The location in of Brookes place is fantastic. 5 minutes walk to amazing hiking, a 3 min jump onto the freeways and 5 minutes drive to Montclair village. Brooke is a fabulous landlady. Wish I could give her 10 stars!
