Desert Zen Private Room and Bathroom in Patio Home

Highly recommend!

JoAnne's place is safe and in a great location, very easy drive to the hospital I worked. She is very considerate, and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Her little dog is very well behaved. I had a great time living here during my work assignment, JoAnne is a great landlord and a great friend. I absolutely recommend her lovely home.

Mesa Review

I stayed at Joanne’s place x 3 months and everything was perfect. Place was beautiful and she let us as tenants have 100% independence. Place was very clean and she has a beautiful outside sitting area for extra privacy for relaxing or just checking your emails. She always would ask if we needed anything to make our stay more welcoming each day. Good internet connection, clean bathroom to your own. Would stay again, and why not its Mesa with a lot of city things to explore PLUS so many things to explore around Arizona. Enjoy people

Desert Oasis

My stay here was nothing short of magical. From a quiet neighborhood with vigilant neighbors, to plenty of street parking and a full kitchen to utilize to boot, I immensely enjoyed my time here. My time here was cut short unfortunately due to some circumstances, but the host was most gracious in ensuring that everything happened smoothly. It also worked out perfectly that another tenant wanted to move in sooner, so all around it worked out perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any other students or travel nurses.

Highly Recommend the Perfect Zen Home!

I have loved my 3-month stay at this beautiful home! The room was perfect and fit all of my needs for my stay, there was plenty of storage, a desk, and a TV. I also appreciated having the whole bathroom to myself. There is a lovely kitchen and the owner gives you plenty of space in the cabinets and fridge. I especially loved the backyard! During my stay, the owner placed some bird baths and we would see many gorgeous hummingbirds, doves, and other great birds. I loved relaxing on the swing in the backyard after work and birdwatching. I really emphasize what others have said about their stay, the owner is fantastic and her sweet dog is easy to fall in love with! I would highly recommend renting here!

Sole Tenant

I would return, given the need and opportunity. The photos are representative of the offering. The owner is pleasant in demeanor and accommodating. I really appreciated the bathroom that I didn't have to share, and the kitchen which I shared only with the owner. Timing was never a problem. The desk in the bedroom was a good workspace; and there is space under the bed for storage. The backyard is pleasant for relaxing and taking meals. On-street parking was never a problem. The neighborhood has well-maintained homes and vigilant neighbors.

Perfect gem!

This safe, quiet area, which is close to most everything is clean, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing. The private bedroom and bathroom were just the right size for me and decorated nicely. The bed is very comfortable. J's patio is wonderful as well. It's so relaxing with the swing, table and chairs, plants and lights. Her 2 adorable dogs are sweet and I quickly fell in love with them. J is a wonderful hostess that became a good friend of mine. I cried when it was time to leave. I will be back to rent from her on my next assignment in the Mesa area. Thank you J2 for making my stay so great!

Gorgeous and Serene Space

I have had the honor to live here the last 8 months and I do not have enough time or words to describe what a wonderful experience this was!! The property has a great location-close to EVERYTHING from freeways to every store and restaurant you could ever want. Very quiet neighborhood with the pool close by. Relaxing home (not to mention beautiful) with a serene bedroom space and private bath. J. and her 2 little dogs made my stay so wonderful it will be with tears in my eyes I will leave this lovely place. If you are looking for a space to rent- this is the best!

Wonderful space in great location

This property is a gem! The location is great and close to so many things including Walmart, target, and grocery shopping stores. The room is very clean and cozy. The bed is also so incredibly comfortable! Joanne is such a low key host and very accommodating. She added a brand new tv to the room for me and a cute mirror as well. I always felt welcome and all my needs were met. The shared space is beautifully remodeled and the back patio is the highlight of everything! So relaxing after a long 12 hour shift, I fell asleep on the swing its so comfy. There is a dining table outside that you can eat at too. I would recommend this space and J to any future tenants!
