I stayed here while on assignment as a travel healthcare worker, and it was honestly one of the best stays Ive had After long hospital shifts, it was such a relief coming back to a clean, peaceful, and comfortable place, The host was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable, The location was convenient, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to rest and recharge. I would definitely stay here again

I enjoyed the house and the roommates. Anna and Mark are great hosts. The house is well kept and the area is very safe. I parked in the front of the house, off the road. I had no issues. When one of the roommates moved out, as I was the 3rd, I then had access to the garage, even though I still parked the n the road occasionally. Very easy access to the main hospitals, I contracted with UNM. Being new to the area, I originally had an apartment in uptown, for my first few months, but then found this house and I was very happy. Enjoyed the company of the other roommates, the occasional activities at the rail-yard, as mentioned in the description. I would highly recommend this property. Pack your bags and move in.

Safe, Clean, Close, Comfortable

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, met some real wonderful gals, also met Anna & Vincent who are wonderful too. They are quick to solve any problems that arise, keep you informed of things and keep the place well stocked with essential supplies & clean when another guest leaves. It's close to all the hospitals; walking distance to Presbyterian & Lovelace and a short 8 minute drive to UNMH. And really, it is a safe neighborhood with good neighbors, also a good location for walks/runs with interesting things to do and see downtown which is just a walking distance away too. At this period though I don't think it'll be a good fit for a night shift nurse as there's some construction going on across the street at the old railway station so it gets noisy during the day, and I'm not sure for how long the construction is to last but it was still ongoing as at 9/18/25. So if you're a night shift RN, inquire about that. Overall,I had a lovely time.

Nice Stay

I stayed at this house for a few months and it was great. The home and room were clean and had everything I needed for my stay, including dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. It's close to Lovelace Hospital and walking distance to the ABQ zoo. The hosts were great and responded quickly to any questions. Should I return to Albuquerque, I will definitely attempt to rent a room here again. Thanks!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

This property is exactly what it says; for female professionals. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It is approximately 7 minutes driving and 55 minutes walking distance to UNM and even closer to the other hospitals in the area. The train is across the street. This is the perfect place for a traveler. The owners are great! When I go back to NM, I will go back to this property, if available and if visiting, the same! Roommates were great! The property is well kept! I love, love, love this property, had absolutely no problems or issues!

Convenience!

This house is beautiful. Very close to all hospitals in the Albuquerque area. Very nice decore, and very well stocked with everything you could need. The bedroom was cozy, and and the bed was comfortable. Love the added security/privacy that the keypad locks on the bedroom doors provide!

Great place, lovely owners

Really enjoyed my stay. Place was clean and in good shape. Little bit of a sketchy neighborhood but thats Albuquerque. Owners were really nice and helpful!

wonderful month in a lovely home!

Great place, right across from a giant sunday market, super close to the UNM hospital and campus, just south of downtown, never felt unsafe, little neighborhoods just to the west, and <1mi from the Rio Grande river trails. Would stay again, would recommend. They did a great job making sure personalities fit and that made all the difference!

Clean and quiet

This home was clean and came with all the essentials. Keyless entry and keypads on all doors. Close to growers market and rail yard market. 9 minutes from UNM hospital. Quiet neighborhood. More importantly landlords are sweet and accommodating.

Lovely clean safe place to stay. Its across from the rail yard market. Great location. I walked up 2nd street to a wonderful coffee shop. Food trucks at night. Full amenities and fully furnished. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Delightful home

Experience was delightful and the house was as described. The landlords are very easy to contact and work with. The 2 car garage does not fit a truck but there's free street parking right in front of the house.
