The PERFECT upstairs unit

Had the best stay for a full year whkle commuting to Orange County for my job at CHOC. Its off a busy street so can be noisy during the day and night so bear that in mind if youre a light sleeper. I sleep with white noise and never had an issue. Landlord was prompt in communication for any issues questions I had. Lots of natural light, rarely needed to use the air conditioning with the natural breeze you get through the apartment. Came with plenty of appliances. Guaranteed parking was amazing. Comfy bed, big TV, no complaints. Nicely decorated and furnished. Less than a mile walk to the water, and tons of restaurants in the area. Cant recommend this apartment enough. The neighbors are also so kind, we did run club together for the year I stayed. Will miss my year in Long Beach! Thanks Paul!

I couldn't say enough amazing things about my stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place is in a great location within walking distance from some cute coffee shops. Lots of fun things to do nearby. Decorated beautifully, nice neighbors, and had everything needed to make the space feel like home. I would've stayed forever if I could!

A Beautiful and Private Home Away from Home

This is a lovely placebeautifully and modernly decorated, in a very convenient location. The front courtyard is spacious and private, adding to the overall charm. The owner, Paul, is incredibly kind and friendly. We will dearly miss staying here! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a month-to-month or longer-term stay.

Perfect safe home

I loved my stay here! The house was equipped with anything you can think of. And the host was welcoming and attentive.

Felt Like Home

This place felt like home. It's beautifully decorated, parking on site, and located in a safe neighborhood. I stayed at this place for 4 months and I would've extended if my job allowed me to stay in this area. The bed was comfortable, 2 walk-in closets, bathroom with a tub and vanity with plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need. There was even a coffee maker and an air fryer. I loved that this house had plenty of light. Multiple windows in every room/kitchen/bathroom. Also, there is centralized AC and heater as well as two ceiling fans. There is a smart TV in the living room and wifi. Big new W/D in the property. The landlord was very responsive and kind. At some point I had an issue with my work contract - and possibly having to leave earlier than expected - and he was very understanding of my situation and was willing to work it out with me. The neighbors are amazing and they are my friends now. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Never had an issue

I loved living here so much! The apartment has lots of windows and natural light. They all have shades (even the kitchen windows) then most curtains as well which are nice for sleeping during the day (I worked nights). It's a nice walk to the beach where there is a biking/walking path. The apartment is newly done over. The appliances in the kitchen work really well and the kitchen is stocked with whatever you need. The bathroom is clean and nice, the tiles in the shower are so pretty. The off street parking is nice and new washer/dryer for you and the apt below. Keypad to get in. Close to long beach airport which is a lot easier than LAX. Close to lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants. Landlord is really responsive and kind/respectful.
