Fabulous accommodations with a warm welcome!
My stay at the Charming Artist Studio Suite exceeded every expectation. Emily was an exceptional host from the moment I arrived-welcoming, thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. The suite was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed, including a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. Despite being a basement suite, it felt bright, spacious, and inviting. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. Off-street parking right outside the entrance was another great convenience. Rip, Emily's friendly Australian Shepherd/Border Collie, was an added bonus. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. Thank you, Emily, for making me feel so welcome. I would gladly stay here again!

Comfortable studio space
Emilys apartment started out as a short term solution in between living situations. A 2ish month stay turned into a year, and Emily was super flexible with extending. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The space is updated nicely and roomy for a studio. The laundry was an added bonus. Its a very nice space!

Wonderful stay!
I had a wonderful 11 month stay at Emily's property! Communication with the host was easy and clear. The home was clean and everything well maintained. Perfect amenities. Location was great and central to many things! Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

Unique accommodation, Charming owner
Owner E is wonderful to work with. Her basement apartment is unique, clean, and outfitted with all necessary amenities. The hot water in the shower and its modern remodeled style encourage long cleansings. The bed is big and comfortable. Internet is fast, and the less-than-full sized kitchen appliances are just right for one person, maybe two. E is very charming, interesting, and flexible. This apartment is conveniently located with easy access to hiking trails or downtown Denver, with many shops, restaurants, and even a par 3 golf course nearby. The only negative is the concrete floor should be upgraded (painted, patterned, or simply install carpet).

Wonderful place!
This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great location with easy access to everything. Very comfortable and quiet. E is very accommodating and respectful. I will definitely stay here again.
