This is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to move to central LA. It's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a grocery store 5-min walking distance and easy access to major roads. The landlord is very friendly and helpful with everything you need!

Great Place as Temporary Home

I recently had the pleasure of renting this 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Mid-City, Los Angeles, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The apartment is cozy and well-maintained. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, and the living room is comfortably furnished. The bedroom is spacious enough for a single person or a couple, with a comfortable bed and large closet. One of my favorite features of this rental was the on-site laundry facilities, which was a handy convenience. The building management is responsive and maintains the common areas and landscaping well. I appreciated their prompt attention to minor requests during my stay. The property is secure with a gated entrance, which added to my peace of mind. I would definitely choose to rent this unit again if my travels bring me back to LA. Another bonus to this property was its location: super central and very close to Kaiser Permanente West LA Hospital.
