Entire Home w/ Secure Parking - UCDMC 1mi.

Truly enjoyed staying at this property. The owner was very attentive and easy to get a hold of if any problems arose. Just as pictured, very comfortable and clean. Very close to UCDavis and I felt safe biking to the hospital everyday. Perfect place for a stay while working at UC Davis. Highly recommend.

My fiance and I stayed here for about 3 months during her travel healthcare assignment in Sacramento. The place is exactly as pictured and has everything you could need to live a "normal" life. The neighborhood is quiet but 5-10min drive to downtown/midtown restaurants, bars, events, etc. E, the host, was extremely attentive and accommodating to any requests we had during our stay. This is the perfect property for a long-term stay. I'd highly recommend anyone staying here during their time in Sacramento.

Cute place. Love having a private backyard. Great neighbors. Homeless camps that were nearby are now gone. Place is secured and you can park within gated fence. E is very responsive and helpful.

Staying at this house was such a pleasure! The accommodations were on point and everything we needed was available. Very clean!! The heating unit did fail while we stayed at this accommodation, however the owners were very responsive and sent small heating units ASAP. The landlords are very responsive and very accommodating, making them a pleasure to work with. There is a homeless camp near by, but the neighborhood felt very safe. The house has a fence around it, with a privacy fence in the back and there is a front door camera which increased the feeling of safeness. We really enjoyed being close to Oak Park and the little shops/restaurants being within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!!
